Barefoot Shoe: This is an awesome shoe because it is very low-maintenance and is great for those with foot pain. The rubber is flexible and can be used to help support your toes and keep your foot straight.
Barefoot Shoes: My favorite shoe for the gym is my Barefoot Shoe. It's an excellent shoe for beginners and will allow you to use all the mobility exercises you need to achieve your goals. It's lightweight and has a durable rubber outsole that will help you get stronger and keep you flexible for more hours. Long-Legged Shoes: If you have long legs and would like to use this shoe to train your legs, check out the Long-Legged Shoes. These are made from hard rubber and can stretch as much as your legs allow. Cushioned Shoes: When you're out at the gym, you want to wear comfortable, well-formed shoes that don't pinch, bruise or irritate your feet.
